Typically the rope access technician role would include the following tasks:

• Facade and building maintenance
• Asset maintenance (including confined space)
• Building inspection reports
• Height safety system installation and certifications
• High rise painting and patching
• High and low rise window cleaning
• Rendering and facade repairs
• Concreting and sealing
• Glazing and window replacement
• Caulking and waterproofing (building leak repairs)
